So the time has arrived! The NEW Common Induction Standards are out for review, which has been something we have been waiting for and preparing for, for a little while.

The increase to eight standards in our opinion is a good thing and particularly the inclusion of Equality and Diversity as a separate module. It is also good to see the term "service user" disappear.
